Is there a design fee?

I have an idea for a design that I’d like to use as my Wedding Stationery, how do we do this?

We set up a meeting where we show you our portfolio. If you like what you see we record the details of what you would like your stationery to look like. We then design some samples to match the brief and budget.
I like one of your samples, but would like to make small changes, is this possible?

Yes, changes are very easily made. We can use different fonts, paper, colours etc.

I would like a sample stationery pack, is there a cost?

Samples cost €10 – to cover our costs. This will be deducted from the final cost of your stationery package if you decide to go with us.
Can I order samples of the wedding favours?

Samples of wedding favours are not supplied at present as a minimum order is required.

Ordering Process

When do you recommend placing the order?

Ideally ordering of your invitations should be done about 6 months before your wedding. The best rule is as soon as possible. Remember invitations should be sent out from about 2 months prior to your wedding day and even earlier for overseas guests. Late orders can be accommodated if needed.


Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. Request as much as you need.
Do I have to order a full stationery set?

No. Since all orders are custom made, you can order any combination of stationery you wish.
How long before I receive my stationery?

After the initial contact it may take a few weeks to confirm a design. The initial samples will be sent to you usually within 7-14 working days. At this stage you decide on the design options. Changes can be made until you are satisfied.

N.B. It is your responsibility to check for any errors in dates, times and spelling mistakes, so please make sure to double check.

Once we have received the deposit and you are happy to go to print, we will agree on a delivery deadline which can range from 2 weeks to on average 3 months before your wedding date.
Can I return my order?

Unfortunately we cannot facilitate order returns on the stationery. So please be sure to check everything before signing off on the job.

How often can I make changes to my stationary?

You can make as many changes as you may need. Once the final approval has been given we will take it that you are happy with everything.

How does Bluebell deliver?

Bluebell can send orders via the postal service or by courier. These costs will be charged to the customer. Alternatively if you are local you may collect the order, or arrange a meeting.
Do you ship overseas?

We do provide international shipping to countries serviced by UPS. Charges are based on weight and destination.
We can advise on delivery charges.

When does Bluebell require the payment?

50% the cost of the payment is required before Bluebell at the start of the job. The balance is required on or before delivery.
How do I pay?

We accept cash, cheques, postal orders and bank drafts made payable to Bluebell Wedding Stationery.

We are committed to designing wedding stationery that is unique and individual to each couple. As a guide to some of the possibilities we have published an online gallery as a showcase of some of our work. Depending on your needs, any of the designs shown can be customised to your requirements. Card stock, ribbons etc can be altered to match the colours that you require for your wedding theme.

Our Gallery is a good start towards deciding on a theme/design for your wedding stationery.
